Their animosity and teasing evolves into something more when Ed agrees to be Laurie’s assistant for his ballroom dancing class. Ed is a stubborn ex-football player who works at the corporate headquarters for Best Buy and teaches weight training at the same community center. Now he owns his own studio and teaches aerobics at the local community center. Review 2: What a beautiful love story! Laurie is a dancer, who fell from grace a few years ago when he tried to dance with a male partner in an international ballroom competition. I don’t really think it fit with Laurie’s character at all. The only WTH moment in the book for me was the weird hot tub scene near the end. more ad to Youtube some of them so I could actually see what the dance looked like. The fact that they had their dancing together was also really nicely done. Cullinan did an excellent job of portraying the love and patience it takes. It’s also difficult for the person in the relationship with someone with chronic pain, and I felt Ms. I understood his frustration, depression, stubborn fighting against making lifestyle changes for his own good, how he dealt with his PT, doctors and even Laurie. His frustration of living with chronic pain was so real to me. Ed’s character made me laugh and even tear up a few times. I liked the slow development of their relationship. Ed and Laurie were so beautiful together. Beautifully written, with great characters. Review 1: Review- This was such a wonderful book.
